Xiaomi has announced the arrival in France of its Buds 3T Pro, its new high-end wireless headphones with noise reduction and head movement tracking.
After the global launch and while Xiaomi has just presented its new Xiaomi 12, 12X and 12 Pro in France, the Chinese manufacturer took the opportunity to formalize the marketing, in France, of its new wireless headphones, the Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro.
Already presented at the beginning of the week, these headphones are announced as Xiaomi’s new high-end wireless headphones and take over from the Xiaomi Buds 3 Pro launched last summer. For its new headphones, the manufacturer has still changed its design. If we’re still dealing here with in-ear headphones fitted with four pairs of silicone tips, get out of the compact format. The Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro are closer in design to AirPods or most other wireless earphones on the market, with a stem that extends towards the mouth to better capture your voice during voice calls.
In addition to the passive isolation provided by the in-ear tips, the Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro have a variable active noise reduction function in three modes, as well as an ambient sound mode to be alert in any situation. Xiaomi says that its hybrid noise reduction, with microphones outside and inside the earphones, could reduce noise by up to a volume of 40 dB.
Head tracking, like AirPods
However, the audio quality of the headphones has not been forgotten, as they have 10mm diameter drivers on board. They also support the classic AAC and SBC codecs, but also version 4.0 on the LHDC side. On the other hand, the Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro do not benefit from the LDAC codec or aptX.
Above all, the piece de resistance of its new in-ear headphones lies in the motion tracking function proposed by Xiaomi. According to the manufacturer, the headphones can follow the movements of your head and play the music based on your orientation. A function similar to what Apple offers with its own AirPods.
As for noise reduction, however, it is not known if head tracking will be offered only when the headphones are associated with a Xiaomi smartphone or if the Chinese manufacturer will, for once, ignore its notion of ecosystem and allow that all users take advantage of. of that
Finally, note that the Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro are announced with a battery life of six hours without noise reduction, and up to 24 hours thanks to the case. The case is also compatible with Qi wireless induction charging.

The Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro headphones are available in black and white starting this Thursday. They are marketed in France at a price of 169.99 euros until March 21. From this date, its price will rise to 199.99 euros.
