Apart from the announcement of its Xiaomi 12T, the firm is stocking up on connected devices for day-to-day use. Robot vacuum cleaner, vacuum cleaner, TV, connected bracelet, tablet or even wireless headphones; there is something for all tastes and at all prices.

Xiaomi did not arrive empty-handed at its October 2022 conference in Munich. The star of the event is the 12T series that includes the Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro, but the Chinese giant has more than one trick up its sleeve. A true jack of all trades, Xiaomi is branching out into various areas and this event is an opportunity to announce the international launch of various connected products. The manufacturer explains that he wants to improve “everyday life”, here are the ads to remember:

Redmi Pad: a tablet to deal with the iPad

The revival of Android tablets continues and Xiaomi is committed to an affordable solution with the Redmi Pad. This tablet turns to the multimedia experience with its four speakers compatible with Dolby Atmos and its 10.61-inch screen (1,200 x 1,200 pixels). The latter benefits from a 90Hz refresh rate and reduced visual latency. Xiaomi ensures that its tablet is the first in the world to receive the SGS certification of low visual fatigue. Focused on content viewing, the Redmi Pad does not forget video calls with the presence of an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle (105°) front camera. It has FocusFrame technology while an 8-megapixel sensor takes place on the back.

Xiaomi also renews its headphones with the launch of the Redmi Buds 4 Pro and Buds 4 in France. Already mentioned in our columns when they were announced in China, these two models aim to be accessible and complete. The manufacturer highlights the presence of a “less power consuming” chip that allows them to claim a battery life of 30 hours and 36 hours respectively. On a single charge, the Buds 4 advertise 6 hours of battery life, while the Buds 4 Pro reach up to 9 hours of listening time without their case. Fast charging is introduced, offering an hour of music with 5 minutes of charging (Redmi Buds 4) or up to two hours of music with the same charging time for the Pro model.

This should help remove the toughest stains.

Wet Dry Vacuum, Xiaomi offers a range of vacuum cleaners

In order not to depend on smartphones, the Chinese giant continues its diversification strategy. In particular, it is about a first range of vacuum cleaners: the Trueclean W10 Wet Dry Vacuum series. Behind this extended name, two models are hidden in a range that aims to “complete cleaning in a single pass”; the Truclean W10 Wet Dry Vacuum and the Truclean W10 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum. Both vacuums and scrubbers focus on three functions: vacuuming, cleaning and scrubbing.

They have an intelligent dirt detection system as well as an integrated adaptive function. This allows the device to automatically adjust cleaning power, depending on the amount of dust identified. It can be a liquid like hair left behind by a pet. If they have the same goal, the two products are not completely identical and it is the Ultra model that is the most advanced.

The Xiaomi Trueclean W10 ultra-wet dry vacuum cleaner has a high-temperature cleaning mode (75 °C) which should ensure a deeper clean. It also has the ability to self-clean, recharge with water, and dry itself automatically using its all-in-one base station. As for the Truclean W10 wet and dry vacuum cleaner, it is designed to clean corners and edges that are difficult to access.
