The Xiaomi 12 range is still far behind in Europe. A source reveals the prices in euros before the possible launch in March.
The Xiaomi 12 range gave a lot to talk about at the end of 2021 when it was presented in China. In fact, it was one of the first times that a manufacturer formalized its flagships with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chips. Several weeks later, unfortunately, the range has not yet arrived in Europe. Obviously we will have to wait until March to discover it in an international version.
The MySmartPrice site announces that it was able to discover the prices in euros of the range, thanks to industry sources. This means that the sources do not come a priori from Xiaomi, but from other actors in the chain, such as distributors.
Price, storage and colors.
According to the site, the Xiaomi 12 will be marketed between 800 and 900 euros depending on the configurations offered: 128/8 GB and 256/8 GB respectively.
If we go high-end, the Xiaomi 12 Pro should be offered at 1,000 and 1,200 euros, for 256/8 GB and 256/12 GB. The price difference between the two configurations seems especially significant for only 4 GB of RAM. We imagine that the configuration at 1200 euros could be entitled to additional storage. At this price, Xiaomi will still go up against Samsung’s Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The Xiaomi 12X is an affordable smartphone in the range with an indicated price of 600 and 700 euros for 128/8 GB and 256/8 GB. Remember that this model should integrate a Snapdragon 870 and a downwardly revised photographic module to accompany this softer price.
All models would be offered in three colors: blue, gray and purple.
